and<\/p>\n<p>(d)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 none of the exclusions set out below apply.<\/p>\n<p><strong>(3)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Returns procedure<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In order to take advantage of your rights under this returns policy, you must notify us by email at sales@lastingimpressionsonline.co.uk , or by contacting our Sales team on 01308 456721 within 14 days of receipt of goods.<\/p>\n<p>Products returned under this policy must be sent by recorded delivery to:<\/p>\n<p>Lasting Impressions (Signs) Limited,\u00a0Unit 2 Hounsell Building,\u00a0North Mills Trading Estate,\u00a0Bridport,\u00a0Dorset.\u00a0DT6 3BE<\/p>\n<p>You will be responsible for paying postage costs associated with returns under this policy.<\/p>\n<p><strong>(4)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Exclusions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The following kinds of products may not be returned under this policy:<\/p>\n<p>[(a)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 food, drink and any other products liable to deteriorate within the period set out in Section 1 and 2 above;<\/p>\n<p>(b)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 DVDs, CDs and other audio or video or audio-visual recordings;<\/p>\n<p>(c)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 computer software (whether on CD-ROM, DVD-ROM or otherwise);<\/p>\n<p>(d) \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 newspapers, periodicals, magazines or similar products;<\/p>\n<p>(e)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 toiletries and cosmetics;<\/p>\n<p>(f)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 any product made to your specification;<\/p>\n<p>(g)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 any product made to order;<\/p>\n<p>(h)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 any product personalised or adapted for you;<\/p>\n<p>(i)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 gift vouchers.<\/p>\n<p><strong>(5)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Refunds<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We will give you a refund for the full price of any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy including the original delivery charges and including the costs of returning the product to us.<\/p>\n<p>We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.<\/p>\n<p>We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 7 days following the day we received your returned product.<\/p>\n<p><strong>(6)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Improper returns<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Where you return a product in contravention of this policy (and where you do not have any other legal right to return the product):<\/p>\n<p>(a)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 we will not refund or exchange the product;<\/p>\n<p>(b)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 we may retain the returned product until you pay to us such additional amount as we may charge for re-delivery of the returned product;
