For Government, Educational and other Public Sector customers, we understand that it is not always feasible to pay by corporate credit card. For that reason, these customers are able to order by official purchase order, and receive automatic credit account facilities.

These include:- Colleges, Government Agencies, HM Prison Service, Local Authorities and Councils, NHS and Health Service, Police, Fire and Ambulance Services, Universities and any other relevant government body.

How to place an order:-

Orders will only be accepted on receipt of an official stamped and authorized purchase order from public sector bodies. We will accept these by email (pdf or equivalent), fax or post.  If you are not sure about how to go about ordering, please contact our sales team on 01308 456721.

What details should be included on the purchase order:-

• Order originator (Full name, address, email and phone number);
• Delivery contact details (Full name, address, email and phone number);
• Invoicing contact details (Full name, address, email and phone number);
• A Purchase Order number or reference that is easily identifiable;
• Details of the items that you wish to purchase (to include the following where applicable)

3. Product
4. Description 
5. Price

Any special instructions regarding delivery. These will be passed onto our courier and will be complied with where possible.
